Scheduling for Proposals
Developing a solid IMP and IMS is a challenging undertaking. They must be created in such a way that the customer can understand, verify, and "buy into" them. They must tell a story that is consistent with the technical and management volumes. And, since many times the IMP is contractual, it must be complete, accurate, sensible and cross-checked to the rest of the proposal.
Experience has shown us what works best. Our success in completing IMP/IMS for 40 proposals, with an award value of $35 billion has validated our approach and our expertise.
